Membership Changes
Important:
Because billing is done on the first of the month, all cancelations and holds are processed the last day of the month. If you got an email verification of your submission, your cancelation or hold will be processed before billing occurs. There is no need to contact us unless you are billed on the first of the month.
Membership Changes
If you need to make a membership change please fill out this form. Explain as best you can why you need to make this change if it’s not obvious. DO NOT USE THIS FOR CANCELATIONS OR HOLDS, THOSE ARE DONE BELOW!
Cancelations:
You have the right to cancel a monthly membership at any time before the 1st of the month without being charged. You cannot retroactively cancel a membership. That means if your payment has gone through and you come in and try to get a refund you will not be given one. If your payment did not go through but you did not not cancel you will be expected to pay the fee. All cancelations must be done using the link below. You will be sent a confirmation email when it has gone through but if it freezes part of the way through please submit another form.
Holds:
Members are able to place their membership on hold for $10 per month. For members with shared accounts, the freeze will apply to the membership with the lowest cost.
